The Gastro is a hand blender designed for the commercial user.

It has the same motor as the Gordon Ramsay so it delivers both 12,000 and 18,000rpm however, as it is designed for a commercial application, it is only supplied with a 12 month warranty.

In the box are the same A, B, C Blades (Aerator, Beater and Chopper) that you get in the Mono, Deluxe, and Gordon Ramsay Titan as well as a wall mounted holder. There is no worktop stand and it isn't supplied with either a beaker nor grinder.

The reason it is classed as a commercial product is the wand shaft is longer than the rest of the range so it is better suited for making much larger quantities in deep pans and containers.
