Bamix Deluxe blenders are, with the Gordon Ramsay model, the most popular in the range.

You get the same A, B and C blades that you get with the rest of the range however, the Deluxe has a wet and dry grinder included where the Mono is only supplied with a beaker.

The motor is extremely powerful and you have the choice of 2 speeds, 12,000rpm and 15,000rpm. This is significantly higher than cheaper handheld blenders and is the perfect companion for any budding chef.

The grinder included in the De luxe box is perfect for both wet and dry ingredients. You can chop onions, garlic and other wet herbs and spices as well as grind chocolate and nuts. You can also turn normal granulated sugar into caster sugar or you can refine it further and make icing sugar to decorate cakes and other deserts - a real money saver as you don't have to buy it from the supermarket!

The Deluxe is available in 3 colours, White, Silver and a brand new striking deep, metalic red. This is the colour of James Martin is currently using on the Saturday Kitchen show on BBC1.
